Spiring is around the corner, and it's that time of year when we think about new starts and changes. I am often asked what is the best thing I can do to prevent back pain? The answer is, do not let it get to the point where you are in pain. So these are my tips on prevention:
1) Have a check up every six weeks.
2) Exercise, but make sure you always stretch.
3) Eat healthy food, and if possible make sure that it's organic. Take care of your emotional health by getting fresh air every day, and talk about your problems. Your body will often tell you before you get ill that you have a problem, so learn to listen to your body, and take action before it turns to disease.
